Amar received his master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National University of Singapore and his bachelor’s degree in the same field from Nanyang Technological University. He spent six years as a senior process engineer in Renewable Energy Corporation, a solar panel manufacturer in Singapore. He helped the company improving production process and achieving world’s-highest efficiency commercial solar panel at the time. Amar currently works on waste treatment and waste to energy sector in AMO, mainly in technical aspects and stakeholders’ management of the project. Amar loves to cycle and take long walks.

Tony received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Alessandra is a consultant specializing in infrastructure project financing and transaction advisory for public private partnership (PPP) project. Prior to joining AMO, Alessandra has experiences working in a national financial institution focusing on infrastructure project financing in renewable energy, oil and gas, and social infrastructure sector. She received her master’s degree in Infrastructure Investment and Finance from University College London and her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Nurul received her master’s degree in Energy from The University of Auckland and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Prior to joining AMO, she worked for more than 3 years as energy efficiency consultant in an engineering consulting firm. Nurul involves in multiple projects related to energy sector, such as geothermal, waste-to-energy, natural gas, climate change and energy transition related project. When she got a chance, Nurul shares tutorial of several energy modelling software in her Youtube channel and spends time in nature to snorkel, dive, and star-gaze.

Nghia received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Da Nang University of Technology and a master’s degree in Environment at the University of Melbourne. Before joining AMO, Nghia involved in several environmental projects and gained extensive work experience in both government and private sectors. At AMO, Nghia involves in two key projects, namely waste to energy and climate change. Through these projects, Nghia has gained experience in stakeholder engagement, policy advisory, PPP project implementation and NZE & energy transition policies. Asya received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from University of Indonesia. After spending her time in a business consulting firm, Asya joined AMO to get more experience in a public-sector led projects. At AMO, Asya is heavily involved in PPP transaction advisory and development of renewable energy projects, specifically in waste treatment PPP model project in Indonesia. She has experience in development of feasibility study, provision of PPP policy advisory, and analysis of PPP Agreement and PPA bankability conditions. She has also assisted her team on other industries such as port development and PPP housing project. Apart from her work life, Asya enjoys watching interior design show and has recently embarked on her new journey as a mother.

Cendhy received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and her master’s degree in Offshore Technology (Subsea and Marine Technology) from the University of Stavanger. After spending two and a half years as an engineering consultant in the oil and gas sector and one year in civil construction sector, Cendhy joined AMO. She works across the waste and renewable energy sectors in AMO, specifically in infrastructure project financing and preparation, stakeholder alignment, and public private partnership (PPP) policy advisory. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her cat and trying out the authentic food when she travels out of town.

Yohanna received her bachelor’s degree in English Studies from Universitas Indonesia and her master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne. Since 2014, she has been working in infrastructure sector. Starting from being a translator/ interpreter and policy analyst, she is now working at AMO as a consultant. She is mainly in charge of studies on port and hinterland development, waste treatment facility, and affordable housing projects. Her expertise includes regulatory/policy analysis related to land, social, and environment, as well as stakeholder engagement. Amanda joined AMO after spending for over three years working as a senior transfer pricing consultant in a Big 4 Accounting Firm. Her focus areas are stakeholder engagement, policy advisory, and PPP project implementation in municipal solid waste management and city development. She received her master’s degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Waseda University. Danny Kusuma is a practitioner in the energy field with 5 years of experience. His expertise includes renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy storage and carbon capture & storage. He received his master’s degree in Renewable Energy from KTH Sweden and Ecole Polytechnique France and his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. As a consultant, he provides consultations related to energy infrastructure development in Indonesia and ASEAN. He had a dream to live sustainably by growing vegetables at home, but it is never materialized because land price in Jakarta is extremely expensive.

Iqbal received his master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Melbourne and his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Throughout his career, he had explored different sectors from tourism planning, real estate and property, urban design and master planning, to transport planning before ended up in AMO. Currently, he largely works in projects related to urban and regional development such as new city planning, PPP affordable housing, and site assessment for waste treatment facility. Iqbal is an avid cat lover (he once got mugged in Melbourne on the way home from the library because he was playing with a cat at 00.30), used to learn German and Korean, and is now learning Japanese.

Sekar is a finance professional specializing in financial modeling and financial feasibility analysis. With growing interest in urban and public infrastructure design during her architecture study in Institut Teknologi Bandung, Nisrina started her career as an urban designer in an architecture and urban design consulting firm. Nisrina has involved in several projects such as city planning, public policy studies, transit-oriented development (TOD), and housing. Nisrina now works mostly focusing on city development related projects, with concerns in climate change and inclusivity. During college and her early career, Nisrina has wrote several papers and case studies on airport architecture, design theories, and participatory planning for city development. In her spare time, Nisrina enjoys taking strolls, indulging in sweet treats, and playing violin.

Tamara received her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. After two years working in a major coal-mining company for the infrastructure projects in Business Development, Tamara switched her career and joined AMO as an analyst, working on the regulatory aspect of infrastructure projects. Her works are mostly around waste and renewable energy sectors, especially in geothermal, as well as Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Recently, Tamara also involved in digital healthcare projects and assisted Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Expert on Environmental Policy. During the Work from Home (WFH) period, Tamara utilized the opportunity to travel and work remotely from Bali, Bandung, and Helsinki (thus experienced a meeting at 3 AM local time). Her favorite part from traveling is hunting beautiful landscape and sceneries to be shot with analog cameras.
