The West Java government aims to develop the Legok Nangka Regional Final Waste Treatment and Processing Facility (projected capacity at 1,853 to 2,131 tpd) to address the increasing demand for municipal solid waste services in the region while at the same time decrease the dependency of landfilling practice which is not environmentally friendly. The Project is included as part of the National Strategic Project and indetified as one of the priority Waste-to-Energy project outlined in Perpres 35/2018. Through collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, the transaction advisory service aims to provide assistance in project preparation and in achieving Financial Close. This includes identifying bankability solutions, developing key project documents such as feasibility study, tender document, cooperation agreement, and conducting essential technical study such as, waste quality and delivery system enhancement.
